— How we work

From file to doorstep, in three movements.

Submit

Upload artwork, choose a base from our catalogue, and send the order. We accept print-ready files in standard formats and we will sanity-check resolution before production.

Produce

We decorate on garment-appropriate equipment — DTG, screen, sublimation, or embroidery — then inspect and fold for retail-ready dispatch. Typical lead time is two to three business days.

Dispatch

Items ship from our US facility with tracking that returns to your store on the same hour. We support direct-to-customer drop-ship as well as bulk shipments to your warehouse.

Before you write to us

What is your typical turnaround?

Most decorated apparel ships in two to three business days from order confirmation. Embroidery and small-batch screen orders typically take four to six business days. We will tell you in writing if your specific order falls outside this window.

Do you require a minimum order?

No. We will print a single unit for sampling or a thousand for a launch. Tiered discounts begin at fifty units and increase at 250 and 1,000.

Which decoration methods do you offer?

Direct-to-garment for photographic prints, screen printing for solid-colour runs, embroidery for caps and chest marks, and dye-sublimation for drinkware and all-over apparel. Each product page lists the methods compatible with that base.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally via standard postal and tracked-courier options. Duties and tax responsibility default to the recipient and we will tell you the customs documents we attach with each shipment.
